WORK WITH ISHLY

One in six people. Invisible to most businesses.

They book your rooms, sit through your conferences, work in your building, listen to podcasts and buy things. Most of the time nobody has spent a minute thinking about what would make any of that easier. ISHLY works with the businesses that would rather get this right. There are two ways in, depending on who you are.

TWO WAYS IN

Pick the one that sounds like you.

for hotels, venues and workplaces

Your place is accessible-ish.

You widened the doors and put in a ramp. Now for the guests nobody can see. Most of what they need is not a builder — it is a chair, a setting, a sentence or a habit, and a lot of it costs less than the flowers in reception.

  • We walk your place the way those guests will
  • A report sorted by cost, starting with what is free
  • Training for the people at the desk and on the floor
  • Talks for your team, your company day or your conference

for brands and partners

An audience that can smell a fake.

Small, loyal, and spoken to badly by almost everyone. They research everything, they compare notes, and they remember who got it right. Being carried here means more than it does almost anywhere else — which is exactly why we are careful about who we carry.

  • The podcast, the magazine, the list and the journal
  • A published list of what we will not take money for
  • Journals in bulk for employers, clinics and teams
  • Early partners get in before the podcast lands

WHO YOU WOULD BE WORKING WITH

Both sides of the front desk.

I am Stephanie Ish, founder of ISHLY. In 2024, after two and a half years of being told it was probably stress, I was diagnosed with bilateral vestibular hypofunction and oscillopsia. Supermarkets, busy streets and hotel corridors became things to plan for rather than walk through.

ISHLY is a lifestyle, media and education brand for people living with invisible chronic illness. That means I spend my days with the people your business keeps missing, and I can tell you what they actually notice — before anybody has to complain about it.

Not sure which one you are?

Plenty of people arrive here as one and leave as the other. Say what you do and what you had in mind, and we will tell you where to start.
